Shipping policy
Delivery time
We can ship standard silk bouquets within 1-3 working days if in stock. For the ''MAKE YOUR OWN''we do our very best to ship your order within 2 to 7 working days. We are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock or are still on their way to us and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
Current delivery times: due to the Corona virus, it is very busy at the post and their sorting centers throughout the Netherlands. Nowadays, a delivery time of 4-5 working days is allowed.
Shipping costs
For transport within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Caribbean Netherlands, Sharon Flowers charges €7.95 for a package.
We hire a postal company for delivery, this is not our company or our staff. They do their very best, but unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens to the consumer, we will contact the webshop from the consumer so that we can start an investigation at the postal company where the package is located.
We can only start a complaint and/or procedure after 72 hours. This means that we can only take action from 3 days after receipt of your track & trace e-mail.
Unfortunately, lately we also often experience that there are Bouquets at Post NL "On Hold" or that no further information is available. These packages are often still delivered, but unfortunately it takes a little longer (think of max. 2 weeks). If you still have not received it after this period, please send us an email with your order number.
We will then start a procedure and resolve this with Post NL. In this case, your order will of course be fully reimbursed.
If you do not want to hire delivery people, you have the option to pick up the package yourself.
For consumers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to the shipping costs depends on the country and the amount of the order. LOF reserves the right to conform this amount to the most current rates for these services by DHL Parcel or an equivalent provider of parcel services.
